Do you check credit at all?
We only run a soft credit check to verify identity and confirm you haven’t had a recent bankruptcy or foreclosure. This doesn’t affect your credit score.
What documents do I need?
We ask for proof of homeownership, like a tax bill, deed of trust, or a recent mortgage statement.
What if I have late payments on my bills?
No problem! As long as your utility bill is not more than 90 days past due, you're still eligible.
